About
Welcome to the Philippine School Doha, which is recognized as the leading basic learning institution in Qatar. Since its establishment in 1992, The Philippine School Doha has served the Filipino community as a non-stock, non-profit community school under the supervision of the Philippine Embassy and in accordance with Amiri Ordinance No. 7 of 1980. The institution is governed by a Board of Trustees, which serves as its highest policy-making body. The relocation to its permanent campus in Messaimeer has provided a new home for over 4,000 students. This achievement is the result of a diplomatic agreement between the Philippine Government and the government of Qatar. It stands as a testament to the pride and legacy of Overseas Filipino Workers, showing that despite the distance from their homeland, their children can still receive a high-quality education. The school follows the K-12 curriculum standards prescribed and recognized by the Department of Education in the Philippines, as evidenced by the new DepEd Recognition No. 002, issued in 2017. Additionally, this curriculum is duly acknowledged and approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar.
School is upto Secondary School (IX-X) and affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The School is a Coed Day School, with classes from KG 1 to X. It is an English Medium school.
