Extracurricular Activities

Kings' School Nad Al Sheba

Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba offers an extensive programme of co-curricular activities for all children in Years 2 to 6. Year 1 children can join clubs from their second term, in January. Activities take place before and after school, and most clubs are run by Kings’ teaching or support staff, but there are also some externally run clubs. We always cover a wide range of interests, from sports to music, science to arts, and we involve the Student Voice to generate ideas for the activities so that everybody has a chance to develop their passion. Activities change termly, but the current list includes everything from chess to rounders, origami to zumba, cooking to photography, and even includes a Dragons Den business club. External providers currently offer ballet, karate, yoga, engineering and even a Lego club. Children can join two internal clubs per term for free, as well as any number of external clubs, which incur an additional charge.
