Presently, the school provides education at three levels: primary, first secondary, and second secondary courses. The second secondary course at Tawheed Girls Complex is designed for students specializing in mathematics, physics, and experimental sciences. Similarly, the high school section of the school admits students in these specific fields of mathematics, physics, and experimental science.
