At IHS-AGC, we believe that sport is an integral and essential part of a student’s life. It instils life lessons like discipline, responsibility, self-confidence and teamwork. It also plays a crucial role in improving learning and attainment in our students as they become more active, energetic and focused.

In addition to these lessons, we also have before and after school sports clubs and weekend sports clubs which offer our students a wide range of choices (mentioned below) to select from.
