BGS serves students ranging in age from 3 to 18 years old. At the start of the school year (typically in early September), class groupings are typically organized based on age. In the Primary school section, class sizes are limited to a maximum of 18 students, with the support of two or more educators—comprising one classroom teacher and one assistant teacher. Furthermore, the program director and classroom supervisor are readily available as needed. It is a prerequisite for children to have achieved reliable toilet training before attending school. All supervisors, teachers, and assistant teachers at BGS hold at least a Bachelor's degree in education. Additionally, the school maintains a commitment to continuous professional development, ensuring that faculty members stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of education. Students at Bayan Gardens School partake in a developmentally appropriate curriculum that encompasses instruction in both Arabic and English.
