The Student Leadership Team at Cranleigh forms an integral part of the school's legacy, exemplifying the core spirit of Cranleigh and setting high standards for the entire school community. This year, we proudly introduce Georgia A and Ollie G as our Heads of School, along with Mona Al H and Philip D as our Deputy Heads of School. Each member of this quartet plays an active and vibrant role within the Cranleigh Community. For those who have yet to meet them, an exciting experience awaits. These four individuals are characterized by their wholehearted engagement, remarkable drive, commitment to inclusivity, boundless energy, and a growth-oriented mindset that perfectly aligns with the Cranleigh ethos. The selection process for the Head of School position is both rigorous and competitive. Candidates undergo an application and presentation phase that involves the entire school community. Feedback from both students and staff is gathered through a voting process, followed by a speed-interview session conducted by a panel of 10 Senior Staff members. It's an intense process, but we can confidently affirm that these four outstanding individuals have more than earned their positions.
