About

In Asia International School (AIS), the teacher-student relationship holds immense importance as children spend approximately 6 to 7 hours a day with their teachers over the course of nearly 10 months. The teachers play a continuous and vigilant role in monitoring students to identify and address any challenges they may be facing. This approach allows teachers to gain insights into students' learning difficulties, fears, or confusion, ultimately enabling them to provide tailored support. The chart presented above illustrates the collaborative effort involving administration, teachers, and other staff members to support and guide students in achieving their academic expectations. AIS boasts a dedicated team of both teaching and non-teaching staff who collectively contribute to creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere conducive to the well-being and learning of the students. Beyond academics, the school places a strong emphasis on the support provided by non-teaching staff, including physical education (PE) teachers who promote a healthy lifestyle and assist students facing challenges. AIS is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all its students, fostering an environment of fairness and dignity. The school unequivocally rejects any form of bullying, harassment, disruption, or intimidation. Immediate action is taken in such cases, starting with verbal warnings and progressing to written warnings and, if necessary, suspension. In extreme cases, students may even face expulsion from the school. AIS is dedicated to providing students with a secure, supportive, and caring environment where they can thrive. The collective efforts of the entire staff have contributed to students' growing confidence, increased interest in their studies, and the development of strong values.
