Al Farouk Islamic School, established in 1986, embarked on its educational journey with the construction of its first building in the same year. Opening its doors on September 1st, 1986, the school welcomed an initial enrollment of 207 students, which grew to 350 by 1987. The school's inaugural graduating class celebrated their achievement in 1997. Over the years, Al Farouk Islamic School has provided thousands of students with essential knowledge and life values, preparing them to serve Allah, their country, and society. Presently, the school boasts an enrollment of approximately 3000 students, spanning from kindergarten to the third year of secondary education. As the school's enrollment exceeded its physical capacity, a new branch was established in New Cairo in 2000. The school follows the curriculum prescribed by the Ministry of Education, which includes a high-level English Language course. The school's alumni serve as a testament to its success. Today, all graduates of the school pursue higher education, with many holding MA and Ph.D. degrees in various fields. They have entered diverse professions, contributing to the betterment of society.

School is upto Secondary School (IX-X) and affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The School is a Coed Day School, with classes from KG 1 to X. It is an English Medium school.
